How can a person to receive a copy of an existing email?

CourseSales.com uses the process rules to work out which roles to send emails to. This means that one rule can be used for many courses, and who receives each email can vary by course. Assuming a login exists for the person and they have an existing role you need to add the role to the process rule, then the login to the course master or course date.

  • Edit the process rule that triggers the email to include the person’s new login role
  • Add that person’s login to the course master or course date
  • Test the new setup by
    • selecting the process step and viewing the magnifying glass with the +
    • triggering that process step to see who receives the email.

Individuals with the same role on a Course Master or Course Date

If you have two individuals linked to a course date or course master and an email is configured to be sent to a role that is in common the email will be sent to one, not both of these individuals. To get around this set up another role and include that role in the To, CC or Bcc of the email, then add that individual to the Course Master or Course Date.
